House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in on the day of arrival: from 14:00

• Check-out on the day of departure: until 10:00

• Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement.

• The host may charge an extra fee for late check-out.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• In case of cancellation or early departure, the paid accommodation fee is non-refundable.

• The host reserves the right to cancel the booking in extraordinary circumstances (force majeure).

3. Guests and Visitors

• Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.

• Additional guests or visitors are only allowed with prior approval from the host.

• Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors and for any damages they cause.

4. Personal Data

• Upon check-in, every guest must provide the personal data required by law (name, date and place of birth, nationality, permanent address, ID or passport number, and for foreign guests: passport number).

• The data is recorded in the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA) according to regulations.

• Providing personal data is mandatory to use the accommodation.

• Data management is carried out according to the Privacy Policy.

5. Payment

• The accommodation fee and tourist tax must be settled before departure, unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or bank card at the time of booking.

6. Parking

• Parking is free of charge, one car per apartment.

• Traffic rules (KRESZ) apply within the parking area, maximum speed: 5 km/h.

• Major vehicle repairs are not allowed, minor repairs only if they do not cause pollution.

• The host is not responsible for damages occurring in the parking area.

7. Smoking and Fire Safety

• Smoking and the use of open flames are prohibited inside the building and apartments.

• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (courtyard, terrace).

• Tampering with or disabling smoke/fire detectors is strictly prohibited.

8. Rooms and Equipment

• Furniture and equipment must be used as intended; moving them is not allowed.

• Bed linen, towels, and equipment may not be taken out of the apartment.

• It is forbidden to store flammable materials or vehicles (bicycles, scooters, motorcycles) inside the rooms.

• Any damages or malfunctions must be reported immediately. Complaints made after departure cannot be accepted.

9. Kitchen and Dining

• The kitchen is suitable for preparing simple meals.

• Do not place metallic objects in the microwave oven.

• Meals should only be consumed at designated places (kitchen, dining area, terrace).

• Eating in bed is not allowed.

10. Cleaning

• Basic cleaning is provided once a week (on Monday).

• Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.

• Guests must dispose of garbage in designated bins; it is not allowed to leave waste in hallways or at doors.

11. Internet and Valuables

• WiFi is free of charge; the password can be requested from the host.

• The host does not take responsibility for valuables left in the apartment.

• Forgotten items will be stored for 2 months and can be mailed upon request.

12. Peace and Quiet

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00.

• Loud noise, music, or shouting is prohibited during this period.

• In case of violation of the house rules or disruptive behavior, the host has the right to remove the guest immediately without refund.

13. Responsibility and Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damages they cause (furniture, equipment, common areas).

• Damages must be compensated before departure.

• The host is not responsible for damages caused by the guest to third parties.
